We owe it to famed Robin Kaufman for the evolution of our cocktail menu. What started as a brief conversation over the wood at Toronto Temperance Society, slowly and methodically turned into what we believe, is one of the most amazing cocktail and spirit menu in the city.
We collaborated with some of the best sommeliers in the city to find wines that represented the regions
along the equator and match perfectly with our menu.
